Well I'm sitting here in the comfort of my recliner watching a little Sports Center and thinking about what a great Sunday it's been. We have the best volunteers in the world. Every Sunday they show up very early in the morning to set up a gym and convert it into a place where people can come and experience the presence of the Lord. Then they serve in other areas like ushering and greeting. Or maybe our nursery or childrens ministry. Some do other things like just making our visitors feel like they are at home. I truely couldn't and wouldn't do it without them. Guys and gals thank you from the bottom of my heart.
We had a great time today as well. Over 148 in service. Worship was tremendous as Havy did a slammin job and Bro Pete prayed the house down. Our response to the altar call at the end was all God as many raised their hand to make a stronger commitment to serving the Lord in every area of their life. It was a strong time and I am waiting to hear awesome reports of some God moments in peoples lives.
After all that I got to come home and just chill with the family. Now it's all about getting ready for the upcoming week and all the things that the Lord wil do. We are truely living the life. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.
